ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING
After you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email confirming youre order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all teh necessary information about your order, including tracking number, courier partner, and estimated delivery date. Please check your spam folder if yuo do not receive these emails.



PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We kindly request that you allow us 1-3 business days to process your order before it can be shipped. It is important to note that this processing time is independent of shipping time. Therefore, the total time it takes to receive your order is the processing time plus the shipping time.

Also, please note that we only ship orders on business days (Monday (Monday to Friday). All orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.



MESSAGING AND TRACKING PARTNERS
When you place an order with Elora Jewelry, we work with reliable courier companies to ensure that your order is delivered on time and in good condition. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can track the delivery of your package through this link. Please note that the delivery time provided in the email is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. It is also important to note that it may take 1-4 days for tracking information to appear on the carrier's website.

Although Elora Jewelry works with reliable courier companies to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your package, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time period. In the event of shipping issues or delays, Elora Jewelry will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, Elora Jewelry is not responsible for shipping delays or problems that may arise during the delivery process.



SIGNATURES AND SHIPPING OF PACKAGES
Some of our courier partners may require a signature upon delivery. If this is the case, the courier will not leave the package at your door without obtaining a signature from someone at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier may drop it off at a nearby location or try to deliver it again later. Please Please note that Elora Jewelry is not responsible for any issues that may arise due to couriers' decision to leave packages unaddressed.

If you know you will not be available to receive the package when it arrives, you may be able to arrange for someone else to sign for it. Alternatively, you can contact the courier company directly to make alternative delivery arrangements. It is important to note that once the package has been delivered and signed for, Bleame is no longer responsible for the package or any issues that may arise.

Please note that we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery even if your shipping has been upgraded to express.



DAMAGES DUE TO HANDLING OF COURIER
At Elora Jewelry we take great care to ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality and are securely packaged to prevent damage during transport. HOwever, sometimes packages may be damaged due to handling by the courier company.

If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, we recommend taking photographs of the packaging and contacting the courier company as soon as possible to report the problem. SEnd us the same photos to love@elorajewelry.com and we will do our best to help you.

Please note that any damage caused by courier services is outside our refund policy. WE carry out extensive quality checks on all items before shipping, and all items are packaged very securely and wrapped in bubble wrap. However, we have no control over how the courier handles the package once it leaves our facility.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter and will do our best to help you resolve any issues regarding damaged packages.



INCOMPLETE/INCORRECT ORDERS
If your package arrives with missing or incomplete items, please contact us at love@elorajewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving the package with your order number and details of the missing or incomplete items. Depending on stock and inventory, we may ship the products separately. In this case, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails with the tracking number for each package. We will refund shipping costs for missing or incomplete items. If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will refund any missing or incomplete items.



ORDER CHANGES AND ACCURATE SHIPPING INFORMATION
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping information is correct and complete at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information may result in a delay in processing or cancellation of your order. For address issues detected by the system, our customer service team will send you an email to verify your shipping information within 3 business days of placing your order. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please email us at love@elorajewelry.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accomodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes after this time.



LATE DELIVERY
At Elora Jewelry we understand that receiving youre order on time is important to you and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that in some cases delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

For example, courier partners may experience unexpected delays or issues during transportation, such as severe whether conditions or transportation disruptions. In such cases, we will do our best to work with the courier to ensure your package is delivered as quickly as possible.

Additionally, there may be unforeseen circumstances that may delay the processing or shipping of your order, such as product availability issues, address verification issues, or payment processing delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we find any problems with your order that may cause a delay.

Please note that Elora Jewelry is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. However, we will always do our best to keep you informed of the status of your order and provide you with all possible assistance in resolving any issues.



FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $80+
We offer free shipping on orders of $80 or more within the United States. Please note that this offer is valid on orders with a minimum value of $50, after discount codes and any sales promotions have been applied.

Orders with a total value less then $80 (after discount codes and any sales promotions have been applied) will be charged an alternative shipping rate. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of your order. We partner with several carriers to provide our customers with the most affordable and reliable shipping options.

For international orders, please note taht additional taxes, customs duties and fees may apply at time of delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs charged by Elora Jewelry. Please contact you're local customs office for more information on possible charges before placing your order.



INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Elora Jewelry offers international shipping to most countries with packages shipped DDU (Duty and Tax Unpaid). This means that as the recipient, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any incoming duties, taxes and customs fees. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We understand that it can be frustrating to experience lost or stolen packages during the shipping process. However, once we deliver the package to our courier partners, we no longer have any control over it. In case your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at love@elorajewelry.com and we will do our best to help you.

If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend that you contact the courier company directly to file a claim. Most courier companies have a claim procedure for lost or stolen packages, and they may ask you for additional information to complete the procedure. We will also contact the courier company on your behalf to follow up on the claim and provide updates.

Please note that Elora Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during the shipping process, and these are outside our refund policy. However, we will try our best to help you solve the problem. If the package is missing or undelivered, we may offer a replacement package, depending on the situation.

In some cases, the courier company can locate the package and deliver it to you. However, if the package is not found, we recommend that you report it to the police.


RETURN
We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item you purchased from Bleame and we want to make this this process as easy as possible for you. Please note that when returning an item, the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item to us.

CANCELLATION AND DENIAL

In the event that we make make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we suspect is fraudulent, unauthorized, illegal or in violation of these Terms of Service.

If we, in our sole discretion, cancel an order that was not requested by the customer, we will issue a refund on the spot. Please note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to process depending on your bank or credit card company. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
